Yocare Healthcare Solutions aims to provide a high standard of accommodation and supportive environment for young people aged 16 to 25 years, to ensure young people are able to develop and maintain respect, independence, self-care skills, life skills and enable them to make informed, age-appropriate decisions, concerning their present and future so they can have a chance to fulfil their full potential and achieve a positive transition into independence and adulthood.

The aim of the placement would be to provide young people with a secure, stable and structured placements with clear boundaries for the duration identified by their own needs.

As part of the package provided by Yocare Healthcare Solutions, support is given to assist young people to acquire the skills necessary to live independently and progress into the journey of achieving greater independence.

We always aim to promote the independence of young people and encourage them to care for themselves by offering a high level of emotional support and practical help in health and educational/employment issues, cooking, budgeting and household tasks amongst others.
